Consult & Assess: Field incoming national inquiries and examine client income, assets, and monthly expenses. Develop Solutions: Work directly with potential clients to build custom financial plans that reduce high-interest debt obligations. Guide & Enroll: Walk clients step-by-step through our proven debt resolution programs to put them on the path to financial relief. Available Shifts 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Qualifications & Attributes Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a genuine interest in helping people over the phone. Self-Motivated & Reliable: Driven to achieve performance goals while operating independently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-Oriented: Able to examine bills, gather accurate facts, and manage multiple tasks using standard PC systems. Background: Experience in inside sales, call centers, financial services, collections, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
