Tasting Room Associates are responsible for growing wine sales, wine club memberships, and public knowledge of James Cole Winery. The people who are most successful in this role are passionate about wine, love interacting with all types of people, enjoy working as part of a team, and are able to bring a sense of positivity and energy with them to work each day. Currently, we are primarily in need of support on the weekends (Friday-Sunday). We expect to schedule this position for 8-16 hours per week initially, with the potential for additional hours in the future. RESPONSIBILITIES• Employees are eligible to participate in our retirement plan with company match after an initial waiting period.
