In this vital role, you will provide exceptional service to our valued customers, manage accounts, and leads. We are looking for a pleasant and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales, multitasking, and providing excellent customer service. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Sales Representative/Customer Service
Job Description Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with leads and potential patients to convert them into consultations.
Assist patients with financing options and prequalification processes.
Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all patients.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-up actions.
Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
full-time $25 - $30 per hour

Passion for sales, customer service, and account management.
Preferences Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling and phone sales.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in financing and assisting customers with financing options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant, enthusiastic, and customer-focused demeanor.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
